It’s important that you track and report on the progress you are making with your resilience and continuity programme, and you need to demonstrate that you are adapting and improving as your organisation (and the wider world) changes. You will also want to reflect learnings from exercises and real incidents.

‘Agile’ is a term which is used a lot in the 21st century, but resilience and continuity has always been agile and flexible; it has to be that way to cope with an unpredictable landscape of threats and risks.

We will help you develop a monitoring, tracking and reporting process, and once you’ve got a robust resilience and continuity capability, we will guide you in continuous improvement and ‘agility’. The resilience and continuity of your organisation is for life, not just for the auditors!
